Tantra Trance Dance este considerat in samanism dans initiatic ce te poate duce catre sfere mai inalte, de aceea samanii il foloseau pentru intrarea in transa. Faciliteaza eliberarea tensiunilor din corpul fizic si curgerea energiei sexuale.
In trecut, cand un membru al comunitatii avea o boala, era intrebat de vraciul satului urmatoarele 4 intrebari:

Tantric Trance Dance este o experienta corporala de miscare, exprimare emotionala si dans de origine shamanica si tantrica. Prin aceasta experienta- dans vei fi ghidat sa explorezi toate cele 3 niveluri principale ale fiintei tale, centrul sexualitatii, cel al inimii si cel al conexiunii la Divin.
ATENTIE: Exista un numar limita de participanti de 20.
Locatie: Bucuresti. Centrul Sambodhi Yoga, str Popa Rusu nr 16 A.
Ora: 10:00-13.00, acomodarea. (va rog sa veniti cu cel putin 10 minute inainte de a incepere. Ora de incepere este 10.00.)

TRANCE DANCE is a mix between body movement, dynamic drum rhythms, breathing techniques, the intention we set for the ritual/dance – and especially – using the eye band – all theese together are inducing a trance state which leads to mental clarity, opening of the other senses aside from the visual sense, also inducing physical strength and wellness.
TRANCE DANCE is a mix between body movement, dynamic drum rhythms, breathing techniques, the intention we set for the ritual/dance – and especially – using the eye band – all theese together are inducing a trance state which leads to mental clarity, opening of the other senses aside from the visual sense, also inducing physical strength and wellness.
By using the eye band, Trance dance is challengeing the dancer to open all his senses – not only the common use visual sense, to be leaded by the music in a inner journey wich is not limmited to our common perceptions of space and time.
When we dance we reconnect with the creative power of fire, with the lightness and the infinite space of Air, with the fluidity of Water and with the stability of Earth. More we dance, more we relax in every aspect of our lives.
